Many of the resiliency practices can be done with another person to enhance your learning and enjoyment! Here are some ways you can explore together.
Sort the cards into their eight, color-coded categories. Set aside a specific amount of time for your resilience play time. Take turns selecting a card to choose a practice. Do the practice together—side by side or facing each other. Some practices can be turned into interactive experiences.
Doing the practices together will vary depending on what each card is inviting you to do! For example, writing practices can be done at the same time–setting a timer and then reading aloud to one another. Movement practices can be done side by side or facing each other. Expression practices can be done one at a time, with each person witnessing the other.
