Dedicate a few hours or days to a journey of self-discovery and wellbeing outside of everyday life.
Tend your wellbeing, your way
Yay! Yes! What a gift you can give yourself by committing time to a solo retreat. Whether it’s an afternoon, a whole day or a weekend, the benefits of setting aside sacred time to tend to your own wellbeing is a beautiful thing to do.
You can design the structure of the retreat in whatever way you want. If you are seeking inner guidance, then the self-discovery and writing practices may be supportive. If you are wanting to release and unwind and experience deep relaxation, then the breath, movement and expression practices may serve you well.
Amplify wellbeing together
Resiliency practices can be so powerful when done together in a group. You have an opportunity to connect deeply, co-regulate your nervous systems, and have some fun!
Decide how long your retreat will be. A few hours? A whole day? A weekend?
As host, you can design the structure of the retreat in whatever way you want. You can create a flow yourself by choosing the order of practices and activities in advance. Or, you can co-create the flow by allowing each participant to select a few practices. Then you can tune into what order makes sense. It can be lovely to start each session with some breath and movement, and then move on to self-discovery, writing, expression, and more.
