Honoring Important Moments

If you are going through a change, standing at a threshold, or wanting to bring attention to the passage of a loved one, ritual can be a beautiful way to honor, process and integrate change. You may already have favorite ways to do this - setting an altar, lighting candles, writing honoring words. If you want to use the Resiliency Cards to support your ritual, please do!

Drop into your heart and be fully present. Spread the cards out in front of you, or look through the deck card by card. Allow your intuition to guide you to a few cards that feel really aligned. Set them up on an altar and do them mindfully in whatever order feels really good
